Memphis Public Library and Information Center began its leadership development program, LEAP, this past year. Because it is a unique venture in the Library world, it is important to keep a record of the efforts, activities, and successes. We are seeking to utilize the wealth of leadership and mentoring resources available to mold and shape the future of our library system. This is a journal of our efforts.
